We are looking for an experienced, dynamic business leader with a strong Sales and Product Management background to take the role of Senior Product Manager for Sales Technology in Enterprise Product and Experience team. This newly developed role offers opportunities to define our vision for globally integrated Sales Technology. This person develops cross functional relationships with our sales business teams such as Global Sales Operation, Global Pricing, Legal BUs and technology partners. This person will work closely with our product owners, project management, engineering, and quality teams to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of processes and technology solutions. This person is proactive, has an entrepreneurial spirit, embraces a dynamic work environment that demands flexibility, creativity, and actively engaging our partners to drive world-class business solutions for our Sales organization.
  • As the Sales Product Manager you will collaborate with our key business partners to drive the sales portfolio strategy implementation, consult effectively with strategic partners, and effectively communicate organizational objectives both internally and externally.
  • Engages with Sales Operations to ensure understanding of strategic priorities and roadmap.
  • Envision and propose solutions to improve the overall quality and efficiency of the sales process.
  • Offer technical guidance to ensure the solutions identified meet PayPal Enterprise standards and are secure and stable. 
  • Maintain high-level roadmaps for products and services, including developing and prioritizing proposals for user stories.
  • Strong collaboration and negotiation with all stakeholders including sponsors, technologists and global partners (e.g.., Global Sales Operations, PMO, Architecture, Vendors, Engineering, etc.…)
  • Develop relationships and manage global partners across multiple business units to improve sales support and operational processes through technology.
  • Ability to analyze sales enablement processes, prioritize system support requirements, and develop sales enablement recommendations.
  • Provide ongoing communication updates and presentations to global partners and executives.
  • Champion the employee and business stakeholder experience.
  • Develop and track high level OKR’s, KPI’s and goals.
  • Define and document end-to-end business processes.
  • Manage milestones and deliverables while prioritizing capabilities and effectively working with development teams to manage product backlog.
  • Vendor relationship management.
  • Budget management responsibilities.
  • Work effectively in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models.
  • Develop, coach, and guide day-to-day operations for a global team of Product Owners working across our applications, including Salesforce and associated platforms.
Experience
  • Experienced Sales Product Manager, knowledgeable across the entire Sales lifecycle including marketing, lead generation, merchant on-boarding and support, partner management, reporting, pricing, legal and risk management.  
  • Expert/Advanced Salesforce experience.
  • Strong understanding of Sales processes, applications, and tools with working knowledge of Sales systems (may include, but not limited to Salesforce such as Varicent, Lightning for Outlook, Wave Analytics, Einstein Discovery, WalkMe, Seismic, Adobe EchoSign, Eloqua, Sales Navigator, CreditSafe).
  • BS degree or equivalent experience required in related field.
  • Responsive, fast-paced decision-making skills with the ability to drive business results.
  • Expert/Advanced knowledge of systems development life cycle (SDLC), including proven experience in implementing software applications.
  • Expert/Advanced working knowledge of business software including MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS-Teams, and Power BI.
  • 8-10 years’ experience in large scale technical project management, sales support management, vendor management, contract management, budget management and business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and SAAS solution implementation and management.
  • Experience managing multiple business units with unique needs while seeking application/platform consolidation opportunities.
  • Experience supporting functions such as global sales operations, pricing infrastructure, business unit integrations, M&A technology assessments, predictive modeling, etc.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically.
  • Agile product management or product owner experience a plus.
  • Highly flexible, ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization.
  • Product Management Certification (CSPO or Pragmatic Marketing) a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication delivery across all levels including senior leadership.
