Senior Manager, Finance - Western Union

We’re seeking a Senior Finance Manager, based in our Miami, Florida office. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of operating plan and forecast modeling, detailed business analysis and reporting in support of business operations and key initiatives. Serves as a tactical, day to day partner, establishing priorities to deliver comprehensive finance support to business teams including profitability analysis, initiative performance and cost control.

  • Develops and refines financial models and analysis to support a changing business environment.
  • Identifies and implements process improvement ideas within area of responsibility.
  • Cross-functional contributor on business and CFO projects
  • Performs expanded supervisory responsibilities inherent in a team leadership role, including ensuring the success of others in CFO.
What you will need to succeed:
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated success in periodically expanding financial responsibilities and influence consistent with the Director of Finance role.
  • Detailed and organized in providing planning direction and guidance to multiple business and finance teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly-structured, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency with software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint
What will make you stand out:
  • Bachelor’s in business administration, Accounting, Finance, Math preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience
  • Ability to use comprehensive mainframe systems
  • Fluency in more than one language (English required)
