Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Overview:

• Opportunity within North American Markets FP&A to help drive the Core line of business,

• This position will report into the VP of NAM FP&A

• The position is for an individual contributor who is highly motivated. We are looking for someone who possess an inquisitive mind and is highly analytical and independent

• The position will also provide exposure to all levels of management as well as cross functional teams, therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills are must have’s

Role:

• Execute day-to-day financial planning and reporting activities, including executive management reporting and financial budgets & forecast

• Develop Business Analytics to support the region

• Financial variance analysis (working with the GBSC and the business owners)

• Opportunities and Risk analysis working with GBSC, account planning, the business owners and corporate FP&A

• Manage Product P&L working with the product planners, business owners and corporate FP&A

• Key partner in the Strategic Planning cycle

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and drivers; draw/summarize conclusions and implications of analysis prepared

• Develop business cases with our business partners for new opportunities

• Work with centralized reporting, the Business Analytics Team and the GBSC to develop crisp and concise weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for internal management and presentation materials for Senior Management

• Perform ad-hoc analysis accurately on timely basis

• Drive process improvement practices and create supporting documentation materials

All About You:

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting; MBA preferred

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel: pivots, lookups, index, sumif), Oracle, Hyperion (Budgeting and Forecasting, management reporting, MyMPA) and Tableau

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Strong individual contributor who thrives in a collaborative team environment, but comfortable with making independent thought-out decisions

• Strong sense of ownership and be able to deliver results within tight deadlines
