Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis (Analytics)
Overview:
The Global Business Services Center (GBSC) is a shared services organization that adds value to our partners and services our customers by delivering operational excellence, enhanced customer experiences and focused business results. The GBSC FP&A team supports the Global Finance organization with consistent & timely management reporting, budgeting and forecasting and generates high-impact business analytics.

Role:
The primary function of this role is to design, develop, and maintain financial reporting/analytics, provide monthly variance analysis, and support the development of local and regional finance forecasts/budget. This role will engage directly with regional finance leadership, their teams and others to provide the appropriate level of financial management.
The successful candidate will:
• Support FP&A centralization efforts as a change agent to standardize and improve Finance processes.
• Develop Partnerships with local Finance teams while maintaining high performance customer service delivery model.
• Partner in the completion of forecast and budgets and provide financial analysis to help monitor/establish key KPIs to track performance with business leaders.
• Leverages technology (Alteryx, Tableau, Excel) to translate data into meaningful visualizations and dashboards that provide useful business insight.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics required
• Results Driven/Change Agent
• Demonstrates the ability to build internal and external business partnerships; begins to develop key relationships to understand the needs and objectives of stakeholders
• Strong individual contributor who thrives in a collaborative team environment, but comfortable with making independent thought-out decisions
• Strong communication skills along with problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Experienced with financial systems (e.g., Hyperion Essbase/Smartview, Oracle)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel: pivots, lookups, index, sumif)
• Understanding of financial/management reporting
• Some experience with data blending and visualization tools a plus (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Excel Charting)
• Experience with financial modeling and process improvements for moderate-to-complex projects.
