UnionPay International has partnered with Trip.com to provide global travellers with enhanced payment experiences. As per the official press release, the collaboration covers all major transaction currencies on Trip.com's global sites accepting UnionPay online payment, including Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and other key travel markets of Trip.com.

This partnership with Trip.com is intended to help further meet the payment needs of UnionPay cardholders in major markets. It is also set to further enhance UPI's international presence in the global online travel agency (OTA) market in the long term, strengthening UPI's global payment network expansion.
