Martin Geh Joins Apple as Vice President of Asia Pacific

SINGAPORE—August 8, 2000—Apple® today announced that Martin Geh has joined the Company as its vice president of Asia Pacific. Geh joins Apple from Intel, where he most recently served as Director, APAC Distribution Sales & Marketing, and had responsibility for channel sales and marketing across 14Asia-Pacific countries. At Apple, Geh will lead the Asia Pacific team and oversee all sales activities across the region.

“Martin has a successful track record of growing significant market share and providing excellent leadership to his teams,” said Mitch Mandich, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Sales. “We are excited to have him as a member of our management team.”

Geh joined Intel in 1987 and held a variety of sales and sales management positions in the U.S. and Asia. He also spent two years at Solectron as Director of Business Development. His Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics comes from Lewis and Clark College in Portland,Oregon.
