Dear BayPay Members,

big data definition

The passage of the JOBS Act has disrupted the investment market, and will change the landscape of fundraising as we know it. This session will discuss the passage of the JOBS Act, the regulatory and compliance risks, and the future of raising capital. The event provides attendees with take-home insights into the challenges and opportunities around crowdfunding today and beyond.

A panel of distinguished industry experts will discuss their diverse perspectives on opportunities and risks related to this new way of raising capital, how we got here and what's ahead of us. View their bios below or on our website.

This session will be particularly useful for entrepreneurs who are faced with the problem of funding their venture or projects and also for executives interested in learning about business opportunities in this novel space where still a lot of friction exists to make smooth payments.

The event will be hosted in Orrick's Silicon Valley Office (1100 Marsh Road, Menlo Park, CA) on January 21, 2014 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

We want to thank our host Orrick for their accommodation.
