Thad Peterson

Senior Analyst at Aite Group

Thad Peterson is a senior analyst with Aite Group, focusing on the evolution of the payment space, the customer payment experience, and the merchant side of payments. Thad has a proven track record of identifying and developing new opportunities and technologies in payments and financial services. Prior to joining Aite Group, Thad led the mobile commerce practice at inCode Consulting and was managing director of Maritz Real-Time Rewards, leading the company’s mission to build a new industry standard at the nexus of transactional marketing and consumer engagement. While at Maritz, he also served as a division vice president, heading up strategy and solutions development for Maritz’s financial sector. Before joining Maritz, Thad was a partner with global financial services and payments firm Edgar, Dunn & Company, where he led the retail banking, loyalty, and emerging technology practice areas, working with retail banks, card issuers and processors, airline consortiums, new payment technology providers, payment associations, and prepaid card issuers. Thad has also worked as a C-level executive at retail banks and held positions in product management and marketing.


Cassie Boutelle

VP Product Marketing at Fiserv

Cassie Boutelle is the VP of Product Marketing for Fiserv Card Services and specializes in retail and financial institution products as well as emerging payment trends.

As the payments industry continues to grow year after year and consumers become savvier than ever, she sees opportunities for the industry to create more intelligent and connected experiences. She believes that increasingly better consumer data insights, partnerships and market disrupters are going to change the industry dramatically over the next few years. Cassie sees the both the opportunity and challenges, viewing differentiated payment experiences as a way to stay competitive and innovate, ultimately pleasing customers and increasing revenues.

Cassie earned an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in public relations with a minor in education from the University of Florida. She is certified in Pragmatic Marketing and has coauthored and collaborated on white papers with Callahan’s, Aite, Colloquy, Mercator and First Annapolis. In addition, she has been featured in the Credit Union Times, Credit Union Journal, Callahan’s, Colloquy and more..

A purpose driven startup professional, Hector brings over 10 years in marketing technology sales to the in/PACT team. A seasoned sales leader, Hector has excelled in the tech startup space, and is very active in the fintech startup community.

Hector has landed and fostered relationships with blue chip clients such as MasterCard, SunTrust, FIS, NBC Universal and The Walt Disney Company delivering solutions in the areas of loyalty marketing, CRM, digital marketing, social media and employee engagement.

Hector received an undergrad degree from Emory’s Goizueta Business School and his MBA from the University of Manchester in England. Hector is a recipient of the Apex Society's "Power 30 Under 30" Award, a councilman at the Brand Activation Association, board member of LumoXchange and Advisory Board Member of the Charleston Angel Conference.

As Chief Revenue Officer at in/PACT, Hector leads sales strategy, partnerships and client development. Hector, his wife and his son Hector Jr. show their adoration for their French bulldog Lulu with the support of their favorite cause: The French Bulldog Rescue League.
