SPEAKER Allen Cueli Senior Director - Mobile Solutions at Visa Inc. Allen Cueli is a Senior Director, heading up the Mobile Solutions team for Visa’s Latin America and Caribbean Region, where he’s responsible for enhancing the cardholder experience along the mobile channel, including mobile payments. Most recently, he’s led engagements with a portfolio of North American clients to drive a strategic integration of Visa Checkout, Visa’s streamlined remote commerce solution and also worked on collaborative innovation development with Signature US financial institutions, helping to identify customer pain points and designing solutions for trialing that delivered differentiated user experiences. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Allen has significant international experience, including serving as the Regional Head of Small Business for Visa Latin America and Caribbean, where he established and expanded the payment product portfolio for the small business segment. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Cueli has developed a deep base of product management and business development expertise across both developed and emerging markets within the Innovation space with Ecommerce and Mobile payments as well as core payment solutions like Debit and Commercial Solutions. Prior to joining Visa, Allen held different roles at companies including Florida Power & Light, Burger King, Baxter Healthcare and Foster Higgins. ![]() MODERATOR Michelle Vautier Chief Revenue Officer at D.Local
Michelle is a results-driven payments executive with over 15 years of experience in emerging markets and an in-depth knowledge of the payments value chain. As Chief Revenue Officer at dLocal, she leads sales, marketing, and product strategy. Her top priority is maximizing payment conversion rates for dLocal’s merchant customers. Prior to joining dLocal, Michelle lead Facebook's global payments strategy. Before that, she managed global expansion efforts at MasterCard, Netflix, and UPS with oversight for revenue/authorization optimization, innovative payment product development, and partnerships. Her passion: creating a payments ecosystem that has no borders. Michelle holds an MBA from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Economics.

In this role, he is responsible for leading the regional engagement with strategic digital players in Latin America and Caribbean. Prior to that role, he worked in marketing and product management at Western Union and Diageo. Lindsay Lehr is a specialist in market and competitive intelligence in Latin America and an emerging thought leader in the payments industry. Her industry specialization is cards and payments, with experience in e-commerce, mobile money, digital wallet, mobile payments, POS technology, payment networks and aggregators, financial inclusion, prepaid cards, and corporate and personal credit cards.
