Alimentation Couche-Tard is partnering with Relay to add more than 500 truck-accessible locations to the fintech company's network
Circle K’s deal with Relay helps make those sites more attractive to security-minded fleet owners and drivers who stop at their stores. Payment security is a key concern for many drivers. While credit card skimming went down last year, it still affects hundreds of thousands of cards in the U.S., according to data from FICO.
Companies that have negotiated fuel discounts with Circle K can still access those discounts while other drivers can use Relay’s discounted pricing at these locations.
“This partnership with Relay helps us deliver on a key priority—making fueling more seamless and secure for professional drivers,” said Reno Øhlenschlaeger, vice president of global B2B mobility at Circle K.
Drivers can use Relay at the pump and in stores to buy diesel, diesel exhaust fluid and other in-store items. The platform can also be used for scales, repairs and more.
