The GFTS GPA Business Office is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual who can provide a fresh new look to the state of the overall Financial Tracking and Analysis.

  • The role requires exceptional organizational and communication technique combined with broad analytical skills. Experience with large data analysis and financial industry is preferred. Excellent customer service orientation is required.

  • Provide effective metrics reporting on performance & data quality/integrity

  • Enforce the GPA application support operation excellence principle and governance

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a B.S. in Finance or Accounting or related degree

  • 5+ years of Finance or Accounting experience. Business knowledge of IT Project Management functions is beneficial

  • 5+ years with Microsoft Products, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and be adept at data queries and formatting, pivot tables, report writing, and presentations.

  • 3+ years working with vendor contracts

  • 1+ years working with PTS-W, Planview, Renault, SharePoint

  • Knowledge of financial and accounting practices, regulations and cost center management

  • Strong Excel and or/Goggle sheets proficiency

  • Oversee Process and recommendations

  • Partners and collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify and anticipate their needs, actively planning and working with the team to develop long-term strategies.

  • Exceptional communication skills with emphasis on negotiations

  • Assertive with ability to influence others
