•Build and enhance all Credit Reserve model designs and oversight procedures •CECL and IFRS 9: collaborate with Accounting Policy, Credit Risk and Data Technology teams on developing scalable lifetime reserve model for all applicable credit portfolios; develop and maintain governance activities •Lead quarterly Loan Loss Working Group, includes assembling materials, documenting minutes; conduct monthly governance sessions with Lux Bank and AU internal board •Enhanced sensitivity impact analysis with potential portfolio loss scenarios •Facilitate model governance procedures with PwC, 2nd line and Credit Risk teams •Temenos (new Loan Management System): lead all business requirements, UAT sessions for integration of Temenos; provide readouts of activities and key risks; partnership with GFO team

•Senior manager lead within Credit Controllership team responsible for: 1) development, deployment and governance of Credit Reserve models, 2) deployment and documentation of new accounting and loan management infrastructure, 3) facilitation of data extraction for business insights.
•Position will report directly to the Credit Controller and will partner with Accounting Policy, Finance, Credit Risk and Data Science teams
•Candidates must have 10+ years experience with accounting, financial modeling and data technologies within the Financial Services industry
•CPA, CFA and /or MBAs preferred
•Strong communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to an executive audience
•Candidate must be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively among a variety of functional teams
