We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Analyst to join the Worldwide Marcom Finance team. As a Senior Financial Analyst you will be tasked with financial management of Apple’s Marketing Communications group. This position will partner with worldwide functional Marcom leaders, external vendors, as well as various cross functional teams at Apple. The analyst must be comfortable dealing with complex data sets and be able to summarize and communicate findings effectively.

Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 4-6 years of finance/accounting experience.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills; prior experience in a financial planning and analysis environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to compile and validate large amounts of information while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, ability to effectively influence peers and management
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams across many levels of management
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience in financial modeling, experience with ERP system (Tableau, SAP, Business Objects) is a plus
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and work comfortably with incomplete information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience within a multinational company
  • Knowledge of advertising or marketing is a plus
Description

Analyze complex financial information and provide accurate financial recommendations to the management

Drive continual process improvements related to budgeting, planning, forecasting, and reporting

Monthly forecasts, quarterly close and yearly planning

Validate and consolidate financial information from regional finance teams

Develop and implement new reports and analytical tools based on business needs

Interact and collaborate with various teams: advertising business partners, external ad agencies, regional finance team, legal, tax, corporate finance, etc.

Ad hoc analysis per business requests

Education & Experience
