Role and Responsibilities

Reporting into the VP, Premium and Builder Brands, the Manager, Deal Making & Estimating takes ownership of the pricing/project quote process across the Home IoT Solutions (HIS) product/business vertical portfolio; defines the process.  In partnership with the Vertical Sales Champion, drives the pricing to be included in the “Request for Proposal” response. Ensures pricing strategy and execution compliance with each product/business vertical and Samsung Affiliate Company; maintains/manages minimum profitability thresholds on all deals.  Identifies key pricing changes needed to win business opportunities.  Provides internal communication and reporting on all business opportunities that are in process, won or lost.  Collaborates with each Vertical Sales Champion to ensure understanding and “buy-in” of pricing with Home IoT Solutions (HIS) preferred distributor/local market integrator. They will develop and maintain HIS revenue generation tool for business opportunities and customers. They will also be responsible for cross product/business vertical P&L.

Skills and Qualifications

Necessary Skills / Attributes:
 

  • BS Degree – Business/Marketing, MBA preferred

  • 6-10 years relative experience
