Senior Manager, FP&A Credit Karma

Credit Karma is looking for a collaborative and talented Senior Manager to join the FP&A team. This role will be responsible for all Credit Karma’s core cost and expense management with an emphasis on technology investments. The role will include leading a team and report to the Head of FP&A. 
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as FP&A business partner to cost center owners and members of Sr. Management

  • Evaluate the tradeoffs of business decisions that drive revenue and expense

  • Develop driver based models to forecast cost and expense

  • Develop business metrics and KPIs to increase company understanding of investments and their relative efficiency

  • Work with stakeholders to develop self service tools and automated reports

  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and serve as a key point of contact for finance guidance and related discussions

  • Implement and drive the core financial processes including annual operating plans, monthly rolling forecasts and monthly business reviews

  • Identify and quantify financial/operational risks and opportunities to the business, and drive ad-hoc business projects

What We Expect:
  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field of study, MBA preferred
  • 8+ years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis preferably in a high growth consumer internet company
  • Experience managing COGS in a consumer based internet company is a plus
  • Advanced modeling and excel skills, experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and ability to generate data-driven insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to interface with senior management on a regular basis
  • Demonstrated leadership and partnering skills including managing up and influencing cross functionally
  • Experience developing and retaining a high performing team
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting analyses to senior leadership and ability to lead and drive initiatives
