Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

We have an immediate opening in the Service Department. The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for month-end close management, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis and budgeting for the platform of Service. 

  • Performs economic research and studies of rates of return, depreciation and investments
  • Analyses profit-and-loss income statements, and prepares reports and recommendations to management
  • Generates forecasts and analyses trends in sales, finance and other areas of business
  • Researches economic progressions to assist the organization's financial planning
  • Creates financial models of "what if" scenarios for future business planning decisions in areas such as new product development, new marketing strategies, etc.

Education / Training Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years of work experience related to accounting/finance
  • Accounting system and reporting experience
  • Experience working with large Excel worksheets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required with the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships
  • Preferred 5 or more years of relevant work experience, SAP/BW experience and Advanced Excel experience.
