We’re seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting in our Western Union Business Solution Financial Reporting team, based in our Denver, Colorado office (global headquarters).

- You will guide a seasoned team in the composition of audited financial statements in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS and other local reporting standards, acting as planning contact for the external auditors
- You will review periodic unaudited financial statements and regulatory filings critical to maintenance of operating licenses
- You will be responsible for certain complex general ledger accounting
- You will support your team in achieving mastery in technical accounting topics
What you will need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Active CPA license
- 5 - 7+ years’ experience, with 3+ years’ experience in a managerial role preferred
- Strong familiarity with US GAAP, IFRS experience preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Higher time commitment during reporting seasons required
- Design and documentation of controls and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Aptitude for technology and a desire to learn new tools

- Experience with enterprise-level financial systems including Oracle and HFM
