Job Description

The main functions of a the Global Business Operations CRM Enablement Lead are:

  • to understand business and functional team needs and create strong requirement sets and user stories.
  •  to enable and help build user onboardings, trainings, and adoption succes for the sales, product, and other functional teams at Visa.


Familiarity with Salesforce.com and building content to educate users on upcoming features on the CRM platform and ecosytem are required.  Ability to create and update content using WalkMe builder will be a critical skill. 

Candidate must be:

  •  a Communications Writer with the ability to condense and translate technical content to end user facing materials.
  • a Help Guide Builder who is a proven expert at designing help and training guides in multiple modes, such as text, audio and video content, powerpoint, skype and in person trainings.
  • a Professional Training Developer and Facilitator who can easily present to all types of audiences globally.
  • a Tips & Tricks Chatter Group Manager.

Qualifications

Education 
o Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. Substantial Experience can be considered in leau of a bachelors degree. 
8+ years experience required 

Responsibility Level 
o Exercises independent judgment with little to no direction from supervisor 

Skills 
o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required) 
o Expert ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required) 
o Expert leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Required) 
o Expert ability to interact with business stakeholders in multiple Sales and Product functions.
