We are looking for an outgoing professional with high analytical capacity, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills to join the Worldwide Sales Finance team. The position requires the ability to complete complex financial analysis, consolidate global forecasts and reporting, manage peers in other geographies and work as a partner with the sales organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct complex, data driven analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate results of analysis in easy to understand business terms
  • Thrive in a fast-pace, demanding environment
  • Must be able to think strategically on critical business issues, while simultaneously possessing the ability to act tactically to execute against them
  • Proven experience developing processes and/or improving existing processes, with desire to inspire change across our team and Apple as an organization
  • Deep understanding of financial principles and theories
  • Some accounting experience is recommended
  • Ability to navigate through a large organization
  • Strong prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • 5-8 years finance-related experience
Description

The ideal candidate is one who has been a top performer in his or her career with a proven track record of accomplishments. The candidate will be joining WW Sales Finance with the expectations of being a key contributor in a fast-paced, growth environment. The candidate should feel comfortable dealing with complex & ambiguous situations.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Provide analytical support for weekly sales operating cadence

Establish analytical models to evaluate performance and contribute to demand forecasting analyses. Respond to ad’hoc data and analyses requests on various lines of business.

Drive automation and improvement in forecast data quality and reporting tools & dashboards.

Partner with the WW Sales teams to provide analytical and execution support on various go to market strategies.

Establish frameworks for sales and finance team to report demand trends and key sales initiatives.

Be the central point of contact and work closely with teams across various geographies to review and consolidate WW data.

Present analyses and findings to senior executives across Sales and Finance. Assist in analysis, writing and reviewing of highly visible strategic business reports

Lead the preparation of various executive reports including quarterly strategic reviews, CFO and VP staff updates, country profiles etc.

Establish models to evaluate and improve quarterly performance. Identify key trends and takeaways to support strategic thinking.

Coordinate with sales and finance team to review and consolidate inputs to report performance.

Present analysis and findings to senior executives across Sales and Finance.

Education & Experience
BS or BA in Business, Finance, or Accounting; MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus
