Program Manager III– Transportation Controllership:
The Program Manager III, Transportation Controllership is focused on providing program management leadership for a dynamic and rapidly growing Transportation business. This role is focused on building out a strong audit and reconciliation program with our third-party transportation providers. You along with a team will drive this effort globally. You will work with stakeholders in Accounting, Finance and various transportation procurement teams to design and build strong mechanism to highlight financial risk to new and existing contracts.
This is the perfect position with someone with a cross functional Accounting, program management, procurement and possesses a data skillset who is comfortable in working with ambiguity.
Job Responsibilities include:
· Ensure your program management team delivers robust requirements to the Transportation Finance Systems tech team for each mode and country from which they can develop product features.
· Lead development and management of milestones across all projects that ensure timely and successful deliverables.
· Partner with Transportation Accounting and Procurement to review and validate contract requirements.
· Escalate and remove roadblocks where needed
· Promote recruiting efforts across the network to continually hire and develop the best.
· Manage and participate in finance and accounting activities across several locations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications:

· BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or similar discipline with analytical bias.
· 5+ years relevant experience in program management roles relating to Finance or Accounting automation.
· 3+ years of Accounting focused work with strong understanding of concepts of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
· Experience with drafting and interpreting contract language.
· Demonstrated program management experience in cross-functional environments in a global business setting.
· Ability to travel; 10%+ travel expected to supporting team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications:
· MBA and/ or Professional certification (CPA/CMA/Qualified Accounting certificate) + relevant experience.
· Management experience with demonstrated leadership skills with proven ability to take on and create new assignments.
· Highly detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new product launches.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to adjust messages whether dealing with business, Accounting or technical audiences.
· Ability to manage and prioritize workloads across a team while achieving effective results in a fast-paced, growing and ambiguous environment.
· Proven understanding of large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. Tableau, SQL, MSAccess, Essbase and/or Cognos) and other financial systems such (i.e. Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
· Experience in developing scalable Finance products.
· Previous experience with Transportation or Logistics is a plus.
