Global financial technology company SumUp has announced the launch of its new Kiosk product, aimed to improve the way businesses process their orders. The Kiosk solutions were designed to focus on the way merchants can process their orders and payments, prioritising making the process faster and more secure, offering them the possibility to save both time and money.

The customers go from small restaurants that rely on high order turnover, to stadiums that host major music and sporting events. Kiosk will enable clients to order, pay, and collect their payments while using a self-order kiosk at quick-service restaurants and retailers. The product will deliver upsides to both users and traders.

Customers will receive their orders quicker in a streamlined and safe way, while the merchants can focus more on other procedures or business operations. Since multiple clients prefer contactless ordering processes with minimal but efficient interactions, SumUp aimed to enable businesses to meet the preferences, demands, and needs of the users. In addition, traders can have other benefits while using the Kiosk solution.

It is fully customisable and has integration options for different payments and Point of Sale, while also offering them the capability to manage the solution remotely. Furthermore, Kiosk features support for more complete product and service categories, as well as dynamic price books. The self-order kiosk typically increases basket size as well, improving the overall business by offering customers the capability to choose how they want to make the order.

The SumUp Kiosk is the latest addition to the ecosystem of expanding products provided by the company. This includes subscription offering SumUp One, entry-level Point of Sale product POS Lite for smaller businesses and enterprises, Magic Pay, a payment solution that allows diners to split their bills and pay by scanning a QR code at the table individually, as well as the POS Pro, created for concurrent order processing.
