Stripe enters agreement with ManageCasa to automate property management payments

July 1, 2019

ManageCasa Inc., a company that provides automated property management software for independent landlords, announced an agreement with Stripe to launch a digital payments solution for property management.

The agreement will allow landords to automate the entire property management business from collecting rents to managing payments and automated bookkeeping. The companies plan to demonstrate the service at the Apartmentalize conference in Denver, according to a company release from ManageCasa.

"Sending and receiving payments has always been a challenge in our industry, often requiring lots of time and effort on the part of both property managers and tenants to meet in person to get rent and bills paid," Peter Koch, CEO of ManageCasa, said in the press release. "We're thrilled to provide an online solution that will allow payments to change hands securely in just a few clicks."

The service will be initially available in the U.S., however, the companies are working on a service that can work in international markets. Additional features have been added to ManageCasa's account configuration options, including the ability for maintenance or accountants to have access to certain functions.
