Nicole DeMeo is an accomplished business launch, growth, scaling and turnaround expert. As a Partner with the Andra Funds, CMO (Chief Marketing Officer), go-to-market strategist, and advisor Nicole works closely with executive teams and boards to guide strategy and growth. A Silicon Valley veteran and global citizen leading teams across the world, she has developed strategies and guided companies and funds through multiple phases of their lifecycles for over 20 years.

She has provided business strategy, fundraising expertise, brand positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies and marketing for Fortune 500 companies including Apple, HP and Accenture and has expanded on those roles for many high visibility start-ups and Venture Capital funds (Earlybird Venture Capital, BCW Accelerator, How Women Invest.)

Her participation in over 50 company launches – including four of her own – created significantly increased valuations, acquisitions and IPOs. Nicole has served as brand ambassador and marketing strategist for industry leaders such as Steve Jobs, Eric Schmidt and Carly Fiorina (with great stories from those days.)

Fueled by her desires to give back, she has also worked with some major foundations including The September 11th Fund, New York Community Trust, American Red Cross, and currently How Women Lead.

She is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and in all her spare time she delights in making wine and helping people celebrate life as the owner of Media Luna Vineyards.

Prior to Token Daily Capital, Imran co-founded and sold a startup focused on sales and growth for other technology companies. Afterwards, he was a technology executive and an active angel investor. Imran was most recently Business Development Manager at Microsoft, who helped lead and diligence crypto projects at Microsoft. Prior to joining Fidelity, he led coverage of both public and private applications of blockchain and cryptocurrencies within State Street’s Emerging Technologies Center. Prior to State Street, Josh spent six years as a management consultant in the asset management sector. Josh holds a B.B.A. from the George Washington University.

Venture Fund and Crypto Fund Senior Accountant at Kranz & Associates

Tyler Perry-Smith brings a depth of experience and knowledge gained by personal and professional experience in blockchain, crypto, private equity, venture capital and hedge fund businesses. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Kranz & Associates, Tyler handles a wide variety of venture capital and angel clients, most notably cryptocurrency and blockchain focused funds. Taking an interest in blockchain technologies in 2011, Tyler tracked the growth and began personally investing. After finding success in the crypto markets, Tyler took a year off of work in 2017 to pursue trading full time and participate in the industry advising ICO’s. Returning to work in 2018, Tyler sought to be more involved as an accountant in the blockchain space. He currently helps lead crypto-centric initiatives, and is helping to build out a robust blockchain practice at Kranz & Associates. Prior to Kranz, Tyler worked in Private Equity at Savitr Capital, and began his accounting career working on hedge funds at State Street Bank. Tyler earned his B.A. in Accounting from Sonoma State University and completed a Master’s of Science in Accounting at Saint Mary’s College.

Brett Noyes is the founder and managing director of UnVentures. UnVentures operates a series of FinTech and Blockchain focused incubation programs in Silicon Valley. Prior to starting UnVentures, Noyes built startup incubator programs for famous Angel investor, Jason Calacanis, and world-famous VC Tim Draper. Through this work, the companies he has worked with have raised over five hundred million dollars. This money was raised through angels, venture capitalists, and global fundraising platforms.

Tricia is in Institutional Sales at Anchorage, an institutional digital asset custodian. Prior to this, she was at several hedge funds (equity and digital asset) both as a Research Analyst and in capital raising, Morgan Stanley Private Wealth, and Bloomberg. She has a BA from Rutgers Business School and an MBA from INSEAD.
